Return & Exchange Conditions:
· Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
· When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
· On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
· Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If your product complies with the return policy, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.

Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

- Reasons for return
- In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
ABOUT THE SHIPPING COST ON RETURNS:
We will send you a return label after the return is approved.
For defective items, You do not need to pay the return shipping cost.
For non-defective items, Customer pay the Return shipping costs.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
ABOUT THE RETURN ADDRESS:
1. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address).
2. Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
3. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
4. We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
